Summer Safety
With summer driving in full swing it's more important than ever to pay attention to the road. Unnecessary distractions, like cell phone use, account for too many injuries and deaths on the roads. Unnecessary distractions make seeing motorcycles and other motorists more difficult. This phenomena is know as inattentional blindness. Inattentional blindness is the failure to notice an unexpected stimulus that is in one's field of vision when other attention-demanding tasks are being performed. Take the time to focus your attention to the road in front of you when you are driving this summer.
